i don't update this often enough. oops. spring and summer semesters are over; still on dean's list. fall term starts 29 august. possibly going to wisconsin in september for a wedding and beer-drinking with old friends. i've been using my insulin pump for almost four months. it's magnificent. life is much less difficult now. i'm thinking about transferring to SUNY next fall (2012) to finish the last two years of my degree. i'm not sure if i want to go to potsdam, new paltz, or purchase. or if i'll be able to afford it. i have to spend the entire day tomorrow at my grandparents' house. we're leaving at 10am. it's 2am. i'm not even tired. c

my synapses are acting up

I made the dean's list last semester. I was surprised. That's never happened to me. They sent me a little certificate thing, and my mom framed it and made me put it on my bedroom wall. I told her she'd better buy more frames, because I'd be getting a certificate every semester until I get my PhD. Now I have to try to fulfill that XD I got an insulin pump. I haven't started using it yet because I need to go to training classes, but I have the pump in a box in my room. I'm fucking ecstatic. BIONIC PANCREAAAS.

I am quite pleased with how easily I've been writing lately. I hope it lasts. I'm taking it easy this semester. I tried to get through anatomy & physiology II, but I just can't do it right now. My mind is all fucked up and I just can't concentrate on anything. German II and Spanish II are easy; language comes naturally to me, so those classes are fine, but I just can't find the focus I need for science. So, I withdrew from APII and I'm going to re-attempt it in the fall. I may be getting an insulin pump in the near future. That's awesome.
